Blue Skies Property Management is a family business. Our goal is to make your stay as welcoming and easy as possible so you can focus on the important things during your trip. Our properties offer comfortable and charming accommodations in peaceful and picturesque settings. We pride ourselves on making our properties the perfect place for our guests to relax, unwind and have the dream vacation they have always wanted.

We pride ourselves on making our properties the perfect place for our guests to relax, unwind and have the dream vacation they have always wanted.
Garet and Kelly Beane have been married since 2006 and met while attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2003 (Go Niners!). After graduation from Charlotte, they moved to St. John in the US Virgin Islands, where they fell in love with the island and the lifestyle that comes with it. While there, they learned the ins and outs of island life and became locals in “The Love City.” They make it back to visit twice a year and have family on the island. Though they live in the Triad area of NC, they consider St. John, USVI and Morehead City, NC, their second homes.
In 2001, Garet’s mother purchased the property that he named “Blue Skies” on the Intracoastal Waterway in Morehead City, NC. The family loves this little slice of Heaven so much that they named their future property management company after this beautiful home. The family continues to spend time at Blue Skies as often as possible. “We have been fortunate to watch our kids grow up on its private pier and deck. There are so many beautiful memories. First fish caught, picnics on the dock, learning to kayak, paddle boarding, kayaking across the waterway, and so much more. We want other families to make lasting memories the same way we have.” said Garet.
They have two children, Colin (2010) and Addison (2013). Colin is into anything outdoors, as well as Scouting. Addison spends most of her time with Kelly riding horses and playing soccer with Garet as her proud coach. They are members of the Summit Church in Kernersville, NC, and spend a lot of time working with community organizations to help better their community.
