1. Contact us for your rental estimate. Include your name, address, how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, and what your financial goals are. We will conduct an analysis and provide you with an estimated range of what you can expect to pay for the Market.
2. It’s staging time! Get your house ready for photos by removing the children’s drawings from the refrigerator, putting your toilet seats down, turning all your lights on, hiding your unmentionables, making all your beds, removing clutter, turning fans off, slightly closing your blinds, open all curtains, take pics during the day, freshen up the flower beds, clear off your counters to the bare minimum, and make sure nothing is in view that you wouldn’t want strangers or your neighbors to see.
3. We will then schedule a time to come to your home and take photos for free as part of our service package.
4. Decide on the dates you are willing to host guests in your home and share your availability with us so we can begin promoting your property. Some people (like me with small kids at home) only want to book their home for 2 to 4 nights. Some people enjoy the extra income of hosting guests for 5 to 30 nights. Share your preferences with us, and we’ll set you up accordingly.
5. We will put your home on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and our 365BlueSkies.com website. We will then sync all calendars and set your pricing strategy.
6. Wait for us to find the perfect guest for you!
7. Share all the details of your home (Wi-Fi codes, TV instructions, door codes, etc.) with us so that we can write your Welcome Guide and messages for your guests.
8. Temporarily relocate for the duration of your Market rental period.
9. We have a trusted cleaning crew that will clean your home both before and after your rental, ensuring a clean house to return to.
10. Count your income and use it as you see fit.
